DESCRIPTION SET OF 50 REUSABLE RODS 1.5
Why use the tile leveling system?

1) Ceramic tile leveling system improves the tiles' installation speed and reduces the fatigue and stress of the installer.
2) You get a perfectly flat surface.
3) Reduces the need for sanding and polishing when installing granite, marble.
4) Prevents plate movement during curing.
5) Reusable tile leveling system.

How is it used?
1) place the first ceramic tile, joint≥1.5 mm or larger and place the second ceramic tile
2) Insert the T-pin along the joint, then rotate it 90 degrees, grasp the T-pin at the bottom of the two plates and tighten the rosette so that the two plates are at the same level
3) Before the adhesive dries completely (usually no more than 6 hours), open the rosette, then turn the T-pin 90 degrees so that the T-pin aligns parallel to the joint and remove the rod
4) Store clean and dry for reuse.

Batch:
50 pcs (for obtaining 1.5 mm joint)
1 piece x special key

Lippage or leveling prevention:
flat-out perfection

All floor and wall tiling installations would feature parallel tile edges, consistent grout joints, and precise vertical alignment. Achieving this requires a perfect substrate, correct adhesive application, flat tiles, and careful installation. Lippage or leveling is the term used to describe a difference in height between installed tiles' edges. If this issue is not addressed during installation, the result can be unsightly and may even cause damage the tiles or become a trip hazard. As tiles have become larger and rectified tiles (with edges are precision cut after manufacture to allow minimal grout joints) more popular, lippage or leveling prevention has become more important. There is now a wide choice of systems on the market to alleviate this potential installation problem in response. One cause of lippage or leveling is bowed tiles: many tiles have a slight bend due to heating and cooling. On smaller, square tiles, this is rarely a factor. However, it is more obvious in larger rectangular and plank tiles (think wood effects), and, of course, tile dimensions have been growing steadily over the past couple of decades. Another cause is a poor adhesive application, resulting in an uneven thickness across the bed. This is often due to alteration of the angle of the trowel during spreading. Tile leveling systems interlock the tiles, ensuring that the surface remains smooth and flat while the adhesive dries. The interlocking design not only minimizes the possibility of lippage or leveling but can also reduce or eliminate settling from shrinkage. It can also minimize the need to adjust the adhesive layer during installation. Tile leveling systems are a great time-saving tool and can improve tile installations.
HOW TO INSTAL:

After installing the first porcelain tile, the iron T is inserted in the porcelain installed. Next, turn the head, fasten it with special pliers.
