Identify patterns of Random and patterned ceramics and granite

Have you ever heard random or patterned motifs on ceramics and granite?.
Perhaps we only know that ceramics or granite motives are just plain, marble, wood or natural stone motives. But there are still many motives circulating on the market. From so many ceramic and granite products in circulation, have you ever found a product with motifs that pattern must be made of or when you install the product randomly then the product will look messy instead ?

If you've ever experienced it, you need to know how to distinguish products of ceramic or granite random motifs with patterned motifs. Sometimes, we see a ceramic or granite product because the display is beautiful and attractive to be installed at home and sometimes we do not know how to install them to look beautiful in accordance with the product motifs. In the world of ceramics and granite there are terms of motifs, they are random , focus or patterned. Both are circulating on the market but many still do not understand about both types of motifs, here's the explanation.

Random Motif
In general, a random motif is a motif that does not require a special arrangement or simply you can install the product randomly without having to pay attention to the motif form.

As the above picture is an example of a random motif that can be installed randomly and without having to pay attention to the arrangement or arrangement of certain patterns. Usually motifs like this are much in demand because of the installation side is easier.

Motif Fokus atau Berpola

A focus or patterned motif is a motif that installation needs to notice the pattern of  the existing motifs. Basically this patterned motif is the form of some ceramic or granite face that forms a particular image or motif. So the installation process requires high accuracy and it is a bit difficult compared to the installation of products with a random motif.

Luminous White | Granite | 120 x 60 | Glossy

The picture above shows a combination of 6 granites of 120 x 60 cm that form a particular pattern or image. This is what we call as a focus or patterned motif. The motif above is one of the focus motifs that if we install, it will form a pattern interrelated.

Simply, ceramic and granite products have 2 types of these motifs and the basic differences between random and patterned motifs is on the bonding between the products. If it is a random motif,  you do not have to think and consider a pattern that is formed and freely install the product randomly. However, it is different from the focus or patterned motif. You have to think and consider the installation process to make the ceramic or granite fitted neater and beautiful.
