Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq State Islamic University (UIN KHAS) Jember is a higher education institution established based on the ideas and desires of the Muslim community to form Muslim intellectual cadres who uphold tradition and leaders capable of overseeing the improvement of the nation's quality of life.

The grand building uses Supreme Crema 60x60cm Glossy granite tiles, which cover the main interior floor of the building. The Pesaro Perla 60x60cm Matt tiles are used for the terrace floor, and the Estonia Gris 60x60cm Matt tiles are laid out on the carport floor of the building.
